One Saturday when I was feeling especially sorry for myself, I spent the day in bed watching sappy Lifetime movies. Not the best thing to do to pick up my spirits, but it was just what I needed. I happened to watch the movie, Lucky Seven. It's a made for TV romantic comedy staring Patrick Dempsey (always yummy) and Kimberly Williams-Paisley. I'm not sure if it was the day or the movie, but I loved it. It is just a sweet, happily ever after movie and I needed that! It's available on Amazon and I think I just might purchase it.
During the movie they played the most beautiful song. I knew I'd heard it in other shows and once I started looking for it I found several shows that have used this song. It's called, "So Are You To Me" and it's by East Mountain South. I absolutely adore this song. I immediately downloaded it to my iPhone.
Here's a video with the song.
I've been toying with changing the name of my blog and think this just might be the perfect name. What do you think?

What a beautiful song!
I first saw this movie when I was engaged a few years back, and the song became our wedding song. Sigh. Such good memories! =)
I love lifetime and it is the first channel I turn on when I'm down in the dumps because it helps me cry it out.
Yes, a new blog name that would tie in adoption. I'm no help though. Wait, how bout:
Blonde ambition: our journey to adoption-lol, just kidding!
I love it. I think it sounds perfect.
Hi Jennifer,
As you know I took the plunge and changed my blogs name.
I say you should go for it!
It gives you a fresh perspective. :-)
What a sweet, sweet song!
As for the blog name change...go for it! It's a new season in your life. Or as a blogger said to me this week on my blog "a new adventure".
I've been thinking of you and send you love and many prayers as you and your hubby journey forward :)
xoxo

ps I've had that day in bed too and sometimes we just need to indulge in the pain a bit, but we bounce back :)
Wow it's beautiful!
I think it's a fabulous name for a blog. :)
I saw that movie too, and loved it! The list she had, and the timeline with her mom's handprints... just so sweet!
I can't tell you how many times I've watched that movie. lol It's very sweet and cute and a great 'pick me up'. I love the song too, although I never noticed it in the movie. I definitely will the next time I see it though. =)
my brother and sister-in-law played that song at their wedding last year! it's so pretty!
